How do I book an appointment?
Book directly through our secure online system (Jane) using the orange Book Now buttons or
this link.
You’ll receive a confirmation email and a reminder before your appointment.
How long are the appointments?
Sessions are 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Each visit includes time for assessment, treatment, and brief home-care guidance as needed.
Do you travel outside the listed locations?
Yes. The first 15 km of travel are complimentary. Beyond 15 km, a fee of $1.00 per km (round trip) applies.

What conditions can Massage Therapy help with?
Massage Therapy may assist with stress reduction, muscle tension, mobility, and supporting recovery from injuries.
Care is always tailored to individual needs and health history.

What do I need to prepare for a mobile massage?
We bring the table and linens. Ideally have a clear space of about 6’ × 8’ with room to walk around the table, access to a sink, and comfortable room temperature.
Can I request specific techniques or pressure?
Absolutely. Every treatment is tailored to your goals. You can request lighter or deeper pressure and we’ll adjust within safe practice guidelines—please communicate during the session.
What qualifications do you have as a Registered Massage Therapist?
Ikonic Massage sessions are provided by RMTs registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Training includes extensive coursework and supervised clinical practice in assessment, anatomy, and massage techniques.
Are your services covered by insurance? Do you offer direct billing?
Receipts with the RMT’s registration number are issued for insurance reimbursement.

What forms of payment do you accept?
A credit card is kept on file to secure bookings. We accept credit card, debit/credit tap, or e-transfer after your session.
Cash can be accepted upon request; a receipt will be provided.
What should I wear during my massage?
Dress to your comfort level. Professional draping is used at all times, and only the area being treated is uncovered.
You may remain partially or fully clothed; techniques will be adapted accordingly.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another client.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled fee.
Missed/late-cancel appointments cannot be billed to insurance.
Do you provide mobile Massage Therapy for events or workplaces?
Yes—on-site sessions can be arranged for offices, wellness events, and special occasions. Contact us for availability and rates.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No referral is required to book with an RMT in Ontario. Some insurance plans may require a referral for reimbursement—please check your coverage.
Is Massage Therapy safe for everyone?
Massage Therapy is generally safe for most people. Certain conditions require modifications or may be unsuitable.
